St. Teresa of Avila School
One month of READING to raise money to support our school!
St. Teresa of Avila School Council is excited to announce that this year in lieu of holding our Learn-a-thon, we will be holding a school-wide Read-a-thon. This fundraiser will be held during the month of April.
Using the attached tracking sheet, students are to track their daily reading minutes from April 1 - April 25, 2021. This time frame includes the week off we have for spring break, so some may get in extra reading minutes! Students are asked to collect donations or pledges from friends and family. All money raised will be used to fund and support school events and activities throughout the 2020/21 school year.
During the month of April, school staff will have engaging learning activities to go along with the theme of reading and literacy. Please stay tuned for more information!
Please have all money collected and donation sheets turned in to classroom teachers by Monday, April 26, 2021.
